In an effort to better serve our clients, TeleTechniques offers the choice of an annual maintenance agreement or time and materials work performed on an hourly rate basis. Our hourly rate is $ 90.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. There is also a one time per visit travel charge of $ 25.00.

The methods outlined below are how we meet our goal.

DESIGN

After the purchase of your new Samsung telephone system, a TeleTechniques representative will meet with your company for a design meeting. This meeting consists of discussing how you would like the system to operate. We guide you through subjects such as telephone ringing assignments, programmable buttons, telephone placements, voice mail operations and voice mail greetings. This allows TeleTechniques to completely pre-program your telephone system before the installation, shortening installation time on site.

TRAINING

TeleTechniques offers a unique training experience for your new telephone system. Training classes usually consist of 10 or less employees at each designated class. We provide the training at your location on your working pre-programmed system, allowing your employees to actually process calls and use features as if it were live. This training takes place before the installation, at a place of your choosing, usually a conference room. This method has proven to be a very enjoyable experience. It allows your employees the confidence of already knowing how to handle calls when going live the next day.

Ongoing training for new employees or advanced features is always available for the life of your system- at no charge.

INSTALLATION

TeleTechniques offers after hours installations to minimize any disruption for your business if a daytime installation is inconvenient. Usually we'll provide the training in the afternoon, on a live working system. After end user training we proceed with the system installation. The following morning, we return to answer any questions and to ensure the smooth transition to your new Samsung system.

These methods are all provided to you at no additional cost.

AFTER THE INSTALLATION

TeleTechniques understands that this is a new system for your company and that it may take some time to decide what works best for you. Therefore, we provide programming changes for 90 days from the installation date at no charge.

Remember we provide unlimited training for the life of your system - also at no charge.
